Agency Management Anywhere is an online agency management system that allows you to manage your agency from anywhere in the world securely, easily, and in real time. No installation is required. Unlike other management systems, Agency Management Anywhere is ACORD Form centric. This means that all 650+ ACORD Forms are included, and all data entered onto the forms automatically becomes part of the Agency Management system.

If something happens to the insurance agency, the information on the agency's server may also be at risk. Agency Management Anywhere's data is stored at a secure IBM data center, which can be accessed remotely at the time of a disaster.

You can easily invite others to help complete ACORD Forms by emailing them a link that will allow them to assist you in completing a form and submiting it back to Agency Anywhere, where you can forward it on to an underwriter. This both saves time and improves the accuracy of information. You can fill-in, save, retrieve, combine and e-mail any combination of completed ACORD Forms and other documents.
